Designer Windows Add Elegance And Value To Homes And Offices

DGI Glass is made of modular system of pre-assembled framed beveled glass clusters. Connecting the clusters together with the matching Helima pencil bar forms an art glass grid. This lightweight framework is then suspended in the insulated glass creating an illusion of a triple glazed beveled glass panels.

The DGI system is designed to be compatible with most spacer systems, including PPG's Intercept™, Edgetech's Super Spacer™, and Truseal's Flexible Spacer™ products. Any type of coated glass and gas filling can be used to satisfy the climatic demands of any geographic regions.

You can even add DGI's Fashion Glass® system as a new revenue source for your business. DGI offers a manufacturing system for the fabrication of beveled glass accent grids. Our system does not require re-tooling or major capital investments - in fact you probably have the equipment and personnel to start now.



Here is an example of DGI Sytems being used with Super Spacer.
         
1. Apply Super Spacer® to clean, outboard lite of glass. 2. Assemble decorative
glass grid, consisting of preassembled, framed beveled glass clusters with matching pencil bar.		 3. Place decorative glass grid into the spacer-applied outboard lite. 4. Apply top lite over framed beveled glass unit. 5. Apply hotmelt to IG unit perimeter to complete and seal.

Unlike other decorative glass systems, DGI is light weight, allowing fabricators to utilize existing hardware packages. The DGI system gives the fabricator the power to develop elegant designs at a price point that is below traditional stained art glass.
